We had John from Surrey Hills Cleaning come out today to carry out a restoration of our Amtico flooring and carpets, and I honestly cannot praise him highly enough. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism was evident. You can tell straight away that John takes immense pride in his work and that his business genuinely means a lot to him. The care, attention to detail and passion he puts into what he does really shine through. The results have been absolutely incredible, particularly the Amtico flooring. I am genuinely amazed at how well it has come up. I was actually considering ripping the flooring up and replacing it, but after seeing what John has achieved, I’m so glad I gave him the opportunity to restore it first. The transformation has been fantastic! It’s refreshing to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible results for their customers. As my son would say, John is definitely the GOAT in this business! Thank you, John, for an outstanding service. We will absolutely be using Surrey Hills Cleaning again and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for professional carpet cleaning and hard floor restoration. A true professional who clearly knows his trade. Well done, sir! We look forward to using your services again. K.S👏

We’ve just had our carpets and sofas cleaned throughout the house, and the difference is amazing! We recently moved to the Cobham area and our carpets and sofas were in a pretty bad state, so they definitely needed some attention. We like to support local businesses, and after finding Surrey Hills Cleaning, we decided to give them a try. They definitely deserve their five-star rating. John was really professional, and you can tell straight away that he takes a lot of pride in his work. Everything was done to a really high standard, and the results were even better than we expected. I also liked being able to see examples of John’s work on social media before booking. It gave us an idea of what to expect, and he certainly didn’t disappoint. We’re really happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Surrey Hills Cleaning to anyone needing their carpets or upholstery cleaned. The only advice I’d give is to book early! I had to wait nearly a month and a half to get booked in . great for him but not so great for me! It just shows how busy he is. Brilliant job, . Thank you!

He takes the time to listen, is respectful of your home, and clearly takes real pride in his work. The carpet and sofa cleaning was outstanding, both came up looking fresh, spotless, and like new again. The attention to detail was excellent, and everything was left clean, tidy, and smelling great. It’s rare to find someone who combines a positive attitude with such a high standard of service. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high quality carpet and upholstery cleaning.

can’t recommend Surrey Hills Cleaning highly enough. I waited a long time for you to be able to come back and clean for me because I genuinely wouldn’t have wanted anyone else. Your attention to detail and the standard of your work is always perfect and it’s honestly great to see you back doing what you do best. I was recommended Surrey Hills Cleaning by a friend as my carpets were in quite a bad way. They are wool carpets and had some very heavy stains, so I honestly thought they were past saving. To my amazement, John worked absolute wonders on them. He carefully treated the stains and managed to remove most of them, which is incredible considering how bad they were. I’m genuinely blown away by how good the carpets have come up. They look fresh, clean, and completely revived. Fantastic service, very professional, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. I will definitely be recommending Surrey Hills Cleaning to friends and family.

John from Surrey Hills Cleaning did an outstanding job for us cleaning a small commercial office that had some really heavy traffic and some very stubborn stains. When he arrived, he carefully assessed the carpets and identified the worst areas before getting started. What really impressed me was how he treated each individual stain rather than just rushing through the job. I was actually watching him work and it was incredible seeing some of the stains disappear right before my eyes. Naturally I had to ask what magic product he was using, but he just smiled and said it was a “special stain remover.” Whatever it was, it clearly works! John is a genuinely lovely guy, very hard-working, and extremely thorough. He managed to remove the heavy traffic lanes completely and left the carpets looking spotless — honestly like they had just been relaid with brand new carpet. Fantastic service from John at Surrey Hills Cleaning. I’ll definitely be using him again and will happily recommend him to friends and family.

Carpet cleaning experts in East Horsley, KT11

Surrey Hills Cleaning is a team of carpet cleaning experts near you. We use advanced steam cleaning technology to deliver excellent results. From home carpets that have become grimy with pet dander to office carpets that are heavily soiled with foot traffic, we can clean them all.

What carpet cleaning equipment do we use?

We use the latest power-flex storm 800psi machine, which will remove all dirt and grime and revive the look of your carpet.

What happens during the carpet cleaning process?

We start with a conditioning spray to separate the dirt from the fibres in a process called agitation. This spray is safe and non-toxic, and we will work it into all areas of your carpet. We then use the extraction method to remove dirt and residue to help banish all grime. The carpet will then be left to dry naturally.

What are the benefits of our carpet cleaning?

Our carpet cleaning services will save you time and money. Our machinery is far more sophisticated and advanced than any DIT carpet cleaning tool. By professionally cleaning your carpets, your environment will be healthier and more hygienic, your carpets will look better, and they will last longer.

How it works

Applying a conditioning pre-spray helps break down stains for more thorough cleaning and a greater appearance level. Our primary cleaning agents contain no toxic or caustic chemicals.

Grooming and realignment of carpet fibres to provide for a uniform look and faster drying time.

Agitation of the pre-spray so that the detergent actually contacts the soil.

Rinsing with a high-efficiency cleaning system, in our case hot water extraction using the latest power-flex storm 800psi machine.

Carpets can take a few hours to dry completely, depending on the degree of soiling and type of carpet. Where necessary we will use our turbo dryer fan to speed things up.

After the carpet or rug has been cleaned, we strongly recommend applying a good soil protector or Scotchgard. This helps the carpet or rug shed dirt and stains, plus extends the time between cleanings.

East Horsley upholstery cleaning

Do you have a wine spillage on your sofa? Perhaps your rug has become filthy with pet hair? Our reliable upholstery cleaning methods deliver excellent results.

Sofa and armchair cleaning

We can clean all types of furniture, such as sofas and armchairs, using the most advanced and eco-friendly stain removal tools. We can give your sofa a new lease of life and make it look and feel like new.
